Although you can use AlgoTP without any additional tools, we still recommend paying attention to a virtual private server (VPS).

Like any Expert Advisor, AlgoTP depends on uninterrupted electricity flow and internet connection. If any of those elements stop, it immediately interrupts AlgoTP. In that case, you have to reconfigure AlgoTP and start the program again. Such interruptions in the Expert Advisors work can negatively affect your trading strategy's effectiveness. It may be especially noticeable in scalping, which requires uninterrupted opening and closing of micro trades throughout the day.

However, you can avoid that dependency by setting up a VPS. As the VPS doesn't depend on the user's power flow and an internet connection, AlgoTP will be able to continue working even if electricity or the internet connection disappears.

Another advantage is that buying a VPS grants you full ownership of a completely autonomous virtual dedicated server and unlimited opportunities to manage it. Therefore, all your financial data remains safe, and the ability to manage risks increases.
